The program includes the following:
1. Comfortable accommodation in Herbals room /Garden Villa / Lotus Twin Villa.
2. 3 Balance diet meals per night of stay.
3. 1 Private health assessment by professional doctor.
4. Selected blood test before and after program.
5. Detailed discussion with our experts on your lifestyle following the completion of this program.
6. 1 Fitness assessment by professional doctor in sport medicine and fitness instructor.
7. An assessment of your dietary needs.
8. 4 Personal sessions for weight management.
9. 1 Dietary consultation and cooking class accordingly.
10. All activities are planned on weekly schedule.
11. Proper and gradual increase in exercise programs with personal trainers designed
     specifically to lose or gain weight.
12. Customized weight reduction program will include special attention to the care of your vital
     organs particularly your heart and lungs.
13. Access to all facilities including the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and gymnasium.
14. Seven one-hour daily massages. (Thai massage, Ban Ing Nam massage, sports massage,
     or foot massage.)
15. Complimentary airport transfers to/from Ban Ing Nam.
