Ancient City: The ancient city on Kor Khao Island is called “Baan Tung Tuek”. Within the 14th -15th
Buddhism century Kor Khao Island was famous and well known by the Indean and Arabian
traders who travel by junk from Arabian and Indian countries and made a stop over at Kor Khao
Island because the island geography is best as a shelter against the monsoons.
